God Will Give You Double Honour

My dearly beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The auspicious word of God that comes to you for today, is taken from the book of Isaiah 61:7, “Instead of your shame you shall have double honour.”

Through the above verse the Lord is saying that instead of shame God will give you double honour. You may be wondering if God is telling this to you. Yes, God is speaking this to you. Instead of your shame, you shall have double honour. Why is God going to give you double honour?  Because you have already suffered much in life. So, in order to compensate for all that you had suffered in the past, God wants to give you a double portion of the blessing.

Isaac got married when he was forty years old. For about twenty years he did not have any children. That means he was waiting for nearly twenty years. Just imagine how much shame he must have experienced during these twenty years. He was quite wealthy and rich. He was flourishing nicely but he did not have a child. But this special blessing was missing in his life. My Dear Children of God, a day came. when Isaac prayed for his wife who was barren. Because he cried unto the Lord God blessed him with a double portion of blessing.

It is written in the Bible that Isaac prayed for his wife, who carried the name of barrenness.  He called unto the Lord and pleaded for the gift of a child.   God heard his prayer and blessed him with a double portion of blessing. As per the verse which says, “Instead of shame, you shall have double honour.”  God blessed him with twin babies. It was compensation for the sufferings, and shame that they had gone through in life for nearly twenty long years. Today as you read this message and if you are going through such a crisis in your life then God will give you a compensation of double portion of the blessing.

According to this verse, God will bless you with a double portion of blessing instead of your shame. Maybe some of you are longing for a child. And you are grieved in your heart, because you are barren. God will soon change this situation. Some might have been deserted by your husband and therefore you are going through shame and humiliation. Or maybe some of you have suddenly lost your job. People would put you to shame because you are jobless. God is not slack concerning His promise. What He says by His mouth He will perform with his hand. Such a God will never forsake you. He will surely look upon your affliction and give you a double portion of blessing.

Prayer: Dear Lord, we thank You. Lord, you said that instead of shame you will give your children double honour, and lift their name.  As per this verse bless your children. Let them enjoy a double portion of the blessing. In whichever place your children have been put to shame, in those areas of life help them to be honoured. Change this situation, God.  Help them to lend to others rather than borrow from others. Give them compensation of blessings and honour them. We thank You for changing their situation and also helping them to regain honour.

 In Jesus Name We Pray.

 Amen.

God heard the cry of Samson

My dearly beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Let us read the word from the book of Judges 15: 7-8, “Since you would do a thing like this, I will surely take revenge on you and after that I will cease. And he smote them hip and thigh with a great slaughter: and he went down and dwelt on the top of the rock Etam”.

The bible records the story of Samson. The Philistines wanted to take hold of Samson and kill him because of the atrocities he did in the land of Ashkelon. He set fire to the grain fields and destroyed the crops because his father-in law had cheated him. The father-in-law had given Samson’s wife in marriage to his companion and so he grew furious and burned the crops. As a revenge, the men grew angry and burned his father-in-law and his own wife.

Three thousand men of Judah went up to Samson and arrested him saying that they would not give him into the hands of the Philistines and would not kill him. They bound him with two new ropes and brought him down from the rock. But when he came to Lehi, the Philistines came shouting against him. It was at that time when the spirit of the Lord came mightily upon Samson and the ropes that were on his arms became like flax, and his bonds broke loose from his hands. Judges 15:15 says, “And he found a new jawbone of a donkey, and put forth his hand, and took it, and slew a thousand men there with.  He threw the jawbone from his hand and called that place Ramath Lehi”.

After all this he became very thirsty; so he cried out to the LORD and said, “You have given this great deliverance by the hand of Your servant; and now shall I die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?” Samson fell on the ground where there was not a brook or well or spring from where he could drink water and quench his thirst. He was at the verge of death because of severe thirst. He called upon God.

He told God, “It is true that You have been with me so long and strengthened me to fight against the Philistines, but now that I am thirsty; will you let me die in the hands of the uncircumcised?” God heard the cry of Samson and God split the hollow place that was in Lehi, and water came out. He drank and his spirit returned and he was revived. He called that place En-Hakkore meaning, ‘If God had not heard his cry and provided him with water he would have died of thirst. Gods plan in his life would not have been fulfilled’. Water also refers to the Holy Spirit.  Believers cannot survive without the Holy Spirit. God hears the cry of his children. Psalm, 34:17 says, ‘The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles’.

The bible tells us of many people who cried out for help. Moses, Hannah, Hezekiah, Ishmael, Jeremiah and many more cried out to the Lord for help and the Lord answered all their prayers.

My dear children of God, are you thinking that there is no one to hear your cry for help? Stop crying. God has heard all your cries. When God was able to hear the cry of His prophets, will He not hear your cry? Cry out all your problems to God. He will answer you. Every drop of tear is being collected in the vessel at the feet of the Lord. You will surely receive answers to every tear that you have shed at the feet of Jesus. Be strong and do not give up.

Prayer:

Our Loving Heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. I submit my children into your hands. Lord, may You solve all the problems of my children. You are a God who listens to their cry and answers them. Let them know that You are all powerful and You can meet all their needs. Father, may they experience Your love in their lives.

In Jesus Name we pray,

Amen.

You Shall Increase

My dearly beloved, I greet and bless you in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The auspicious word of God that comes to you for today is taken from the book of Ezekiel 36:11, “I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bear young; I will make you inhabited as in former times, and do better for you than at your beginnings. Then you shall know that I am the Lord”.

All these days when you harvested you may not have got a proper yield. But in the future, God wants to increase and be inhabited. God will do better for you than at your beginning. That means you will do better in life than in your past life. God will provide a good harvest; your yield will increase and your income will also increase. Your living conditions will improve.  You shall experience the anointing of God and other spiritual gifts will be granted to you today. So, the Lord has decided to bless you with prosperity for all your hard labour.

You need to be smart and active. No matter in which concern you work. Whatever field you may work in. Be busy and active. God says you need to be very alert in your work spot, in your business, and in your ministry. Do you know a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before obscure men, says the word of God.

If today you are standing before unkind men, then it is because you might have been very careless in life or you might have been very casual in all that you do with no seriousness in your work or about your life. Not being serious about your work or your business or your ministry and being very careless will lead to destruction. God says, if you excel in your work then you shall not stand before cruel men but before kings and royal people. So, you need to take up a decision and say Lord, ‘Help me to see better life than that of the past. After these days You have promised to do better for me. So, help me to excel in my work, in my project, in the business that I do, and in my ministry. Let me not be lazy or slothful in my work. But help me to be brisk, smart and active. Help me to be hard working. So that the latter part of my life will be better than the past life’. If you work hard then you shall reap a good harvest. If you work less then you will reap only a little and you will have a poor harvest. So, in future if you want a good harvest then you should work hard.

In the Bible we can see, Isaac was a farmer. He did farm during the famine period. He was a labourer. But he had a hundred-fold of harvest. He became great and increased more and more and became very great.   I pray that   God who changed the status of Isaac, to that of a wealthy man, will change the status of all those children of God who read this message and be blessed like Isaac.  God will grant you good health and strength and hence you will be able to work hard, and earn well, and make a better living.

Prayer: Dear Lord, we thank You. I bless my children in the name of Jesus. I pray for those who are going through a hard and tough period of life because of poorness. Help them to earn well. May they also be blessed with a hundredfold of blessing.  Let them do better in their life than what they were in the past days. Let them also prosper in their life with every good thing.  Bless them with double fold blessing.

In Jesus Name We Pray.

Amen.

You Shall Be A Great Nation

Genesis 12:2, “I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; And you shall be a blessing.”

Dearly Beloved, I greet and bless you in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The auspicious word of God that comes to you for today, is taken from the book of Genesis 12:2, “I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; And you shall be a blessing.”

In the above verse God says, that you shall be a blessing. God says, “I will make you a great nation.” This is the overflowing blessing that God wants to give you. Only if it overflows you shall be famous or your name will be spoken about in the society. If there is no overflowing experience, and the content remains within the vessel, then your name will not be known by anyone. You will not receive name and fame. On that day there was a man known as Isaac. God blessed him with an overflowing blessing. Though there was famine in that land, yet in that year he harvested a hundredfold. The Bible says, “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; This is what God means by saying an overflowing blessing. He received an overflowing blessing during the time of famine. So, what happened, the entire nation began to speak about him and his prosperity. People began to speak about his rich harvest during the time of famine. God exalted his name. And he became a popular person among the people of the nation that people came up to him and said, “We know for sure that the Lord of Israel is with you.” He was recognized by everyone in the land.

Even the King of the land, Abimelech came to know that the man who came to his nation to make his living, was blessed with an overflowing blessing. The King was also surprised to learn from others that during the famine, wherever Isaac dug wells, water gushed from the bottom like a spring of water. Even in places that usually is dry, water began to flow from beneath the earth where Isaac dug his well. That was the work of God who honoured Isaac, because he was the son of Abraham, who was the friend of God. People reported about his prosperity to the king. They said, wherever the man dug his wells water sprang forth and hence he became rich and wealthy. Therefore, the king himself came to meet Isaac and made a covenant with him. The king thought that it will be wise to have friendship with Isaac. Because all of them found an overflowing blessing in the life of Isaac. In the place where there was no chance of obtaining   water, springs of water, rose from the earth beneath. And this surprised the people of the nation.

Today God is looking at you and saying, that He will make you a great nation. Abraham did not have a child when God promised him that He would make him a great nation. But Abraham believed in the promise of God. So, he was blessed with a son Isaac. This was an overflowing blessing that God blessed Abraham with. Many of you are thinking that it would be fine if you got a single child to tell your name. But God assures that God will bless you with many children. This is what He means by saying, overflowing blessing. “A great nation.” God will hereafter give you an overflowing income, an overflowing anointing. God is going to bless you with abundant blessing of harvest.  The Bible says, “He who continually goes forth weeping, bearing seed for sowing, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.” God says, you have gladly invested, but you had not harvested in plenty all these days. But in the coming future, you shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing your sheaves of crops with you.” God is assuring you with these   words and blessing you today.

Prayer: Loving Heavenly Father! Lord we thank you. Lord let your children enjoy an overflowing blessing in their homes. Whether it would be gift of children or their income, whether it is their name and fame, may be anointing or the gift of prayer, whatever it may be, let them experience the overflowing blessing in their life. And as a result, let their famine, and poverty disappear from their families. Let every form of shame and dishonour be removed from their homes. Let all of those who read this message   be blessed. Let all the barriers that obstruct the progress in their life be destroyed in the name of Jesus. Perform miracles and wonders for them in their life.

In Jesus Name We Pray.

Amen.

GOD OF COMPASSION

I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has kept for you today is from the book of Isaiah 52:12 , “For the Lord  will go before you. And the God of Israel will be your rear guard”.

From the above context we learn that God of Israel takes care of his children, namely the people of Israel, like a father and promises to go before them in their journey to the promise Land, Canaan.  Moses told the people of Israel, how the Lord went before them, to search out a place for them to pitch their tents, to show them the way that they should go, by the pillar of fire during the night and as a pillar of cloud during the day.  God   carried the children of  Israel  whom  he had chosen for himself, like a father who carries his son on his shoulder. So great was his love and concern for the people of Israel. He carried them in order to avoid, all dangers that could befall, them on their way. On their journey they had to face many hurdles and obstacles. They had to fight all those who came against them, in order to possess the land that was assigned to them. They fought against Anakims, who   were like huge giants. But God helped them to be more than conquerors, for the

Lord was with them. Wherever they put up their tents, and rested there the presence of God would descend upon them,   in   a mighty way.  Thus the Lord led them through the wilderness, to the Promised Land, like a father, who cares for his child.

The Lord fed them with Manna, food from heaven, and also brought water out of the rocks, for them and protected them from their enemies. God fought their battles for them, against Amalekites, Sihon, King of the Amorite, and Og king of Bashan.  Moses reminds the people of Israel about all the good things the Lord had done for them in their journey, and asks them to obey God in all their ways, as he was not going to accompany them any longer, and God had chosen Joshua, to lead then into the land of Canaan. He tells them not to forget the commandments of the Lord or commit sin on their way and provoke Him to anger because God had borne them on His shoulder and carried them and   went before them as the rear guard to protect them and guide them. Our God is a gentle God and also a God of compassion.

God never failed them in supplying their wants, supporting them and subduing their enemies, and preserving them from every hurtful creature that they had to encounter on their way. Having God on their side, they had nothing to dread, or fear because of the Canaanites.  Having delivered the people of Israel from the hand of the cruel task masters, in Egypt, God brought them out to a large land flowing with milk and honey. On their journey their clothes never got worn out, and their shoes and slippers expanded as they began walking in the desert land. They actually expanded according to their size, while they were on their journey. God performed extraordinary miracles for them. Just as He performed many miracles in Egypt before He could deliver His people out of the land. He will perform many more miracles, beyond our understanding, that people would wonder if such miracles could ever happen. And all will be surprised to witness such miracles.

Some parents carry their babies on their hip, but if they get tired they might carry them on their shoulders. But God, who has called you for Himself, will carry you   on His shoulder, and lead you onward.   Wherever you might go, the Lord will carry you as an eagle carries its chicks,   above its   wings and soar   high in the sky. To Those of you who are reading this message I wish to say, that, “ God will help you to carry your journey throughout your life  by His guidance, and strong support. He will perform many miracles for you too whenever you go through hardship. When there is a rift in your relationship God will intervene in a marvellous manner through some Evangelist, Pastor, or some Elder and set right your problems.  God will reunite your broken families.  He will go before you when you prepare yourself for an exam, and help you to excel. In case you are going to attend an interview God will go before you and help you speak the words that God himself will put in your mouth. And help you do well in your interview. You will be selected in the interview. In case you wish to take up onsite job,  God will go before you and make all arrangements, for you in the new place, of work or settlement.  God will go before you to break all the barriers that are set up against you and cause you to be successful in your endeavour. God will be your rear guard. He will put a hedge of protection and be your shield and shelter. No harm will befall you for He will send His angels to minister unto you. For God will be your confidence and will keep your foot from falling.  God Bless you.

Prayer:   Our   loving    heavenly Father,   we    thank You for this blessed day.  Father God, we thank You for being a rear guard and going before us as You went before the people of Israel through the wilderness. We believe that You will lead us safely in our journey that we undertake in this life. Help us to put our trust in you and follow you. Thank You Lord for protecting us from our enemies, and also helping us to live peacefully through the many miracles you intend to perform   for our wellbeing. Teach us to humble ourselves before You and walk in the footsteps of Moses who with meekness obeyed You and led the people in the desert.

In Jesus Name we pray.

Amen.
