You will triumph

Dearly Beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator,  Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the  Lord   has   given   for  you  today  is  from  the  book  of  I Samuel 26: 23-25, The Lord rewards everyone for their righteousness and faithfulness. The Lord delivered you into my hands today, but I would not lay a hand on the Lord’s anointed. As surely as I valued your life today, so may the Lord value my life and deliver me from all trouble.”Then Saul said to David, “May you be blessed, David my son; you will do great things and surely triumph.”

From the above context we learn that David the anointed king was being chased by King Saul. And while he was hiding in the woods and mountains he tells King Saul,   that the King has come in search of a flea, as one hunts a partridge   in the mountains, in the wilderness. David was righteous and faithful to the king of Israel.  David told King Saul, “The Lord delivered you into my hands today, but I would not lay a hand on the Lord’s anointed. As surely as I valued your life today, so may the Lord value my life and deliver me from all trouble.”David pleaded Saul to stop troubling him further. King Saul realized that he was foolish to have chased David, and spoke kind words to David saying,    “May you be blessed, David my son; you will do great things and surely triumph.”Victory and failure depends upon   whose side the Lord is.  David  pleaded  to God   saying,    Lord You are a God of Compassion, therefore please help me, and   save me from the hands of those who hate me.  Show me a sign for good that You are there with me. ”

David submits his righteous cause before God. God always supports those who are faithful and righteous before him. David wanted to know for sure, if God was on his side. He wanted God to give him a sign to prove that the Lord is with him. Just because David spared the life of king Saul, and refused to kill him because he was the anointed king, even though he had an opportunity, God was pleased with David. And so he supported David.  Today you too might be reading this message with great hope, thinking God would comfort you through this message, as David longed for God to comfort him. You might have a problem for which no justice was shown. So you are very disappointed. Although it looks as if there is no sign of justice shown to you, a time will come when God will intervene into your problem and bring justice to you. God who does justice says, “I will rise up again to do justice to My people.”  Every one,  or everything   may come against you.  But God will turn everything in favour of you.

Who is in search of you. ? Is someone searching for you like king Saul ?  Is someone   searching   for you to take away your life? Or is it because they want to arrest you  for involving in   some crime, or smuggling, or for hoarding  drugs. Some may be trying to separate or kidnap your son or daughter. These incidents have become so common these days. What is it that you are struggling with? If you had been faithful and righteous then God will come in support of you. God will stand in support of you, when people come against you, even though you had been good to them.  Though you have been harmless, yet they have been constantly troubling you. God will do justice to you. Because you have come into the temple of God, David ran into the temple to hide himself and there he offered burnt offerings to the Lord. Since he surrendered himself to the Lord, The Lord began to fight for him. Saul fell over his own sword and killed himself, in the battle. Likewise   his sons also died in the battle against the Philistines. David became the king of Israel and the Philistines feared him and did not trouble him any further.  Thus God rewarded David and exalted him before the people as the King of Israel.  God will exalt you.

Prayer:  Our loving heavenly Father,  we   thank   You   for  this  blessed day. Dear Lord,   You consider   the righteous and the faithful. You support them too. Teach us to remain truthful to You. Never to be like Saul who was ungrateful even though David was good to him and brought victory to Israel by killing the Giant Goliath. Help us to have humble attitude like David.

In Jesus Name We Pray.

Amen.

GREAT THINGS

Dearly Beloved, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of Jeremiah 30:19, “Then out of them shall proceed thanksgiving, and the voice of those who make merry. I will multiply; them and they shall not diminish. I will also glorify them and they shall not be small.”

From the above context we understand that our God cares for His people. So He says that He will make them to be very numerous even though they dwell in tents. God says, “I will glorify them, I will put honour upon them everywhere they go. This will be a very great change for them as they are now despised all over the earth.”

God is so concerned about the people of Israel. After their captivity they dwelt in tents in the wilderness. But God knew they will rebuild the city and establish themselves, in palaces of Jerusalem and in walled cities. They will no longer offer ceremonial sacrifices as in their past days. Rather they would be more thankful for the divine favours shown to them by God. They will now engage in sacrifices of praise and thanks giving only which they will attend with great mirth and melody.

God says, that out of their mouth shall proceed thanksgiving, and they will make merry because God will multiply them and bless them.  They will not diminish in their number and will not be considered small for the Lord will glorify them.  He will magnify them and exalt them as He has chosen them for His good purpose. The Psalmist says, “All the saints will join together in solemn praise and thanksgiving. When the Lord brought back the captivity of   Zion they were like those who dream, and their mouth was filled with laughter, and their tongue with singing. Then they said, among the nations, The Lord has done great things for them”.  The Lord has done great things for us. And we are glad. They said unto God, “Oh Lord Bring back our captivity as the streams in the south.  For those who sow in tears will reap in joy.”

In the same manner until today, may be you, your children, your husband or your dear and near ones, may have been trapped into some kind of captivity. You may be tied to some kind of bad habits like being addicted to alcohol, smoking, or addicted to face book, or any form of sinful habits. Until this day they might have been a failure, in their studies career, business or in their family life.  Today God is releasing you and your children from the hold   of such captivity. And once they are released from their captivity there will be rejoicing and singing in your houses. God always desires that His children live in peace, harmony, and fellowship.  Joy is a feeling of great pleasure and   happiness.  It’s the emotion we feel when life is good. God wants to turn your sorrow into joy.

Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we thank You for turning our captivity. For putting song in our mouth. For considering   our affliction   and delivering us from our foes.  Help   us to rejoice in the power of your glory. May we praise and thank you for all your goodness towards us.

In Jesus name we pray.

Amen.

GOD WILL HEAL YOU

Dearly Beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the  Lord   has   given   for  you  today  is  from  the  book  of  Luke 13:11-13, “And Behold there was a woman, who had a spirit, of infirmity, eighteen years, and was bent  over  and could in no way raise herself  up.  But when Jesus saw her He called her and said,    “Woman you are loosed from your infirmity. “And He laid her hands on her   and immediately she was made straight and she glorified God.

From the above context we learn about a woman, who had an infirmity for eighteen years. And she couldn’t lift her neck and look upwards either to the sky or upwards. She was bent at the back and her back bone was bent. Jesus couldn’t bear to see this woman bending always. He wanted her to appear like all other woman, He considered her as   Abraham’s daughter and therefore she needed immediate healing. But why did this sickness come upon her? She was criticised, because she went about bending. She was ridiculed. We know that sickness comes because of our sinful nature. People who smoke suffer from breathing problem. Those who drink suffer from liver problem, and abdomen pain. Some use tobacco and they suffer from mouth cancer.   So we see how our bad habits cause sickness in our body. This does not mean that all suffer from sickness because of sin   and sinful nature. This woman who suffered from infirmity was because she was subjected to some family curse. In some families I have heard them say, that when men reach 40 years then they die. Some families we see most of them die of accidents. In some families their children never get married. And there are some who get married but never get children all these are signs of curse.

Our God can change the curse into a blessing. Praise the Lord. The Bible says, He who covers his sins will not prosper but whoever confesses and forsakes   them will have mercy. Sin separates us from God. Therefore God wants us to cleanse ourselves of our sinful nature and sanctify us so that we may live a life   without sickness. Sometimes God Himself will send some sickness in order to test our faith. Such people need not worry over their sickness because at the end of affliction, God Himself will help them get over their sickness. And they will become healed after the period of affliction. And God’s name will be glorified.  We see how Job endured   patiently   when he was covered with boils all over his body. He was a righteous man. He was blameless before God then why did he suffer from boils. God allowed him to suffer. Job therefore knew that this was an affliction by God and he endured it patiently. He also knew that God will bring him out of this terrible situation. The Bible Says, Job waited for the appointed time when his problem would come to an end.  God healed him after the period of affliction was over.

Therefore every one reading this message, in case you have been involving   in some bad habits please give them up, so that your body does not get polluted. Those who are acquainted with evil habits, please give up your bad practices. Then you will be healed of your disease. Look at this woman she was attacked by an evil spirit,  as a result, her body had a curve in the backbone,   and she could not look straight. She couldn’t lift her neck upwards. Do you wish to suffer like her or wish to be healed of your disease? The choice is yours. Bad habits are very attractive and enticing. But once you get involved in them,   then you become the slave to such bad habits. The Bible says, “He who sins is of the devil, for the Devil has sinned from the beginning. And who ever has been born of God does not sin.  For   His seed   remains in him. Allow the seed of God to be within you. Then no sickness or the evil spirit can penetrate into your body. May the Lord help you to live a spotless and blameless life.  God Bless you.

Prayer:  Our loving heavenly Father,  we   thank   You   for  this  blessed day. Dear Lord,   we   thank you because you have taught us through this message how we ought to be. What happens when we commit sin and enjoy bad habits.   Keep us free from sin and evil habits. Give us the strength to overcome such sinful activities. May we be like Job who endured patiently when he was afflicted. Give us the grace to live a clean life before God.

In Jesus Name We Pray.

Amen.

You will be exalted

Dearly Beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the  Lord   has   given   for  you  today  is  from  the  book  of  Matthew 21:42, “Jesus said to them have you never read  in the scripture, “The stone which the builders rejected has become the corner stone. The Lord has done this and it is marvellous in our eyes. “

The Lord is telling   in the above context that you who were driven out   from your family members, and was rejected, by everyone will be exalted. They might have told that you are good for nothing. But God says, since they have rejected you, He will make you the corner stone of your family. Your name will be exalted above all other members in your family. And when this happens it will be marvellous in our eyes. God will make you, be helpful to all.  You shall be a great nation among others. God will make your name famous and popular among others. God will not cast aside all those who come unto Him. God will show you favour and support you. In the same family in which you were rejected and cast away, God will turn you into a blessing in that family. Generally we see in the families that even parents prefer those children who are smarter than other siblings. They may be fair in complexion, good looking   or they may   do well in studies, parents will like them more. In case one of their children, for various reasons is weak in studies and may be a slow learner then they condemn such a child and count him worthless.

God expects us to give more attention to those children who are weak in nature. Special attention should be shown to those who are helpless and immature in their nature. Parents must show extra love and care for such children rather than the clever ones. Those who are bright in studies can manage themselves whereas the weaker ones need more help from parents. When a child in the family is considered dull and worthless,   then even there is a tendency for the siblings to consider him/her worthless. So parents got to be careful as to how they estimate their children. It doesn’t matter if the child is weak in studies because God would have   given every child a special talent. If one could identify the hidden talent in the child then he can progress in life. He might be a good athlete or sports person. He might become a good singer or a musician. He need not be a Doctor or an Engineer, for life is not based in this career alone. One can shine in life even without good education for there are many uneducated genius. Such people have excelled in their life.

When you cast your children aside then they will be hurt in their mind. They will feel very upset about their mother   or father, elder brother or sister because they have been badly neglected. This damages their spirit as well and never allows them to progress in life. Once they get to know that no one likes them in the family then they are likely to leave home or hurt themselves or hate others for no reason. Therefore parents must show more love and care for such children.   After all they are your children. Never differentiate them with others. God has blessed you with good children. Look around and see how many parents do not have children. They   are not blessed with children. Think of such parents. So what God has given   you must be taken care of. Never treat your children with partiality. Where can they ever go? Today God is calling such rejected children to Himself saying, “Come to Me, dear son, dear daughter I will make you the corner stone of your family. I will make you a great person right in front of them. I will exalt you. You will be at the top and not the bottom.” To make you become great is a simple matter for the Lord to do. My Dear Children of God, I wish to tell those of you reading this message, if ever you have neglected your children then repent of your mistake and ask God for forgiveness. Never disregard your children. Let not your behaviour hurt the feelings   of   anyone especially your children. For the Lord has a future and a  hope  for  them too.

Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father,  we   thank   You   for  this  blessed day. Dear Lord,   we ask of thee to help us bring up our children without partiality. Help us to treat all our children alike. May we show special care for the weaker children and show more love and concern for them. Guide us and teach us how  to bring up our children more wisely and intelligently in the fear of God.

In Jesus  Name We Pray.

Amen.

Jesus Will Give Prosperity

Dearly Beloved in Christ , I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator,  Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord   has   given   for you today is from the book of Exodus 3:8, “So I have come down to deliver them, out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up, from the land, to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey.”

From the above context   we see what God says, about his people Israel.  He says, that He saw their affliction, He heard their cry, and that He knows their agony with which they suffer in the hands of the cruel task masters. So God couldn’t bear any more of their sufferings therefore He said to Moses that He will deliver them from the hands of the Egyptians and bring them to Canaan,   a good and large land flowing with milk and honey. God wanted to make his people prosperous after all their sufferings. The people of Israel suffered affliction in Egypt, for 430 years. They were treated as slaves. They were beaten and whipped, they had to make bricks without hay. Their wives and children suffered shame and humiliation. Actually when Joseph was the governor of Egypt, he saved the people during the time of famine. Not only Egypt, but also all the surrounding nations, were supplied with grains because Joseph foretold Pharaoh about the oncoming famine. They stored large amount of food grains and helped all the nations with grains during the time of famine.

It was then that Jacob and his sons entered Egypt and settled amicably. But later after Joseph died, the new Pharaoh ill treated the people of Israel, such that they lifted up their voice and cried out to God, to deliver them from the hands of the Egyptians. They were being tortured day after day. The people of Israel were in large number and the Egyptians were afraid of the Israelites. They wanted them to work for them in constructing huge   structures like erecting pyramids, and great   sphinx. Thus the Israelites    suffered in the hands of the Egyptians.  They were never paid properly for their hard work. They were suffering   from   poverty and hard  labour.  Though Moses was brought up in Pharaoh’s   house  as  the son  of   Pharaoh’s  daughter, for 40

years,   he fled from Egypt and settled in Midian.   Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and he led the flock to Horeb, the mountain of God. There the angel of the Lord,  appeared to him in flame and God called Moses  from the burning bush   and asked him to go back to Egypt,  and tell Pharaoh to allow the people of Israel to worship their God Yahweh, in the wilderness,   and if he failed to liberate his people then God would perform signs and wonders in the midst of the people,  such that Pharaoh and the Egyptians will themselves, ask the people of Israel to leave the land for ever with all their   wealth and possessions to inherit the promised  land  Canaan,   flowing with milk and honey.

Dearly Beloved , just as God saw the affliction of the people of Israel, God is watching all your problems. He knows all your pain and sorrow. He knows your agony. He has heard your cry; He wants to help you out of your problems. Are you afflicted by the creditors   from whom you have borrowed   huge sum of money? Is your boss troubling you at your work spot? Is the land lady causing tension to you because you failed to pay the rent on time?  Is your neighbour afflicting you, causing unnecessary nuisance to you, hurting you with bad words. And inflicting pain to you such that you are unable to sleep peacefully? May be your mistress under whom you work, might be extracting too much of work. And abusing you often and not paying you well for all the labour you do for her. Well God has already sent His angels to support you and show mercy to you. God will bring an end to all your problems. God has seen your affliction he has sent his angels who are all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister, unto His children. God will wipe away your tears. He will prosper you just as He prospered the people of Israel in the land flowing with milk and honey.   God Bless you.

Prayer:  Our loving heavenly Father,  we   thank   You   for  this  blessed day. Dear Lord,   we thank you for watching over us. You see our tears and hear our cry. You act immediately to relieve us from our affliction.  So we thank You Lord. We thank You for redeeming Your chosen people from the hands of cruel Egyptian task masters.  Set us also   free from all our bondages and help us to inherit your prosperity.

In Jesus Name We Pray.

Amen.
