Dearly Beloved, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Zechariah 9:12,”Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope. Even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you.”
From the above context we learn that if you return to the Lord even during times of trials and affliction, instead of backsliding, God will change the situation, for your own good and help you to receive a double portion of blessing. God promises to bless you with a double portion of blessing today itself and he will not postpone it for tomorrow. God loves you and cares for you. He will give you a double portion of blessing. The Bible says, Job prayed for his friends and so the Lord heard his prayer and blessed the latter part of his life. God blessed Job and the Lord restored his fortunes, and gave him twice as much as he had before. The Lord restored double, of what he initially had. Just as God blessed Job he wants to bless you also as He is not a God of partiality. God knows that every good gift and perfect comes from above, and comes down from the father of lights, with whom there is no variation, or shadow of turning.
The first part of Job’s life was tremendous. The Bible tells that the friendly counsel of God was over his tent. The Almighty God was with him. When the Almighty was yet with me, When my children were around me; When my steps were bathed with cream, And the rock poured out rivers of oil for me! This describes the wealth and the sophisticated life that Job lived in the past days. The oil from heaven came down like a river of blessing upon him. His children used to sit around him. His servants respected him. They would bow before him. Job was so wealthy that he bathed in ghee. It was a costly affair. But when he was going through troubles he was disrespected by his servants. His friends made fun of him. They thought he must have made some secret sins before God. And therefore He was being punished by God. Though he was a righteous man before God, testing came to ruin his life. Problems came, he had trials, unbearable. His pain was beyond expression. His body was filled with boils. He had lost his ten beautiful children and all his wealth and cattle. Yet he did not sin by his lips. Neither did he black slide or curse God or blame Him for all the afflictions he was going through.
Even his wife was very unhappy about Job. She said. “Do you still hold to your integrity? Curse God and die.”But job said to her, You speak as one of the foolish woman speaks. Shall we indeed accept, good from God, and shall we not, accept adversity. In all this Job did not sin with his lips.”If Job had back slidden like his wife he would not have been blessed with a double portion of blessing. Therefore children of God, in case you have lost hope in God, or you have backslidden from God, it is high time you return back to God. Ask God for His forgiveness. Then God will bless you. When God permits certain trials, never talk ill about God. This is how he was able to console his wife who had lost all her children. She too was going through depression but she lost her faith in God. The Lord is saying, may be you too like Job may be going through some kind of affliction, but you must always remember that good days are ahead of you. After all the bad days are gone, good days will surely come to those of you who are reading this message, and who patiently endure troubles without murmuring. So endure trials patiently. The trials that you are going through are permitted to you by God, so that you will draw near to God. And those trials are never to destroy you because God does not want anyone to perish but that all should be saved.
Some of you are saying God did not give me a job then why should I go to church. God has not done any good thing for me, then why should I go to church or read the Bible or even pray to God. Doesn’t God know my problems? I tell you God has kept you alive isn’t that a great blessing. Today there is no guarantee for someone, who goes outside that he will return safely, such is the time we are going through. Many parents are worried over such children who are back slidden and refuse to go to church or enjoy spiritual fellowship with God. Such children are a burden to parents. They provoke their parents for no reason. They should learn to wait at the feet of the lord, for the appointed time. Turn from their wicked ways and return back to God. Rather than make vain arguments, and provoke God Himself by their foolish remarks about God. May the Lord be merciful to such people and help them to humble themselves before God. Never go to church to gain some benefit from God, rather go to worship the Lord. God knows when He should bless you. God will never leave you as orphans. The Lord who feeds the ravens will also feed you and satisfy your longing souls. Honour the Lord for Who He is and glorify his name. Magnify his name, and then the Lord will be merciful to you and bless you with a double portion of blessing. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Father God, we thank you for telling us to bear our afflictions patiently. Teach us never to grumble or provoke God, when we go through trials. Give us the strength to endure our sufferings. We need your blessings. Without You we cannot do anything. Help us with double portion of blessing that we may do well in our life.

I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of Hebrews 10:23 “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering; For He who promised is faithful.”
From the above context we see how the Lord keeps his promise. We learn that if God has given you a promise then He will surely fulfil His Promise, because He who has promised is faithful. Therefore we need to confess our hope in God without wavering. Firstly we need to believe with all of our heart that our God keeps His promise. He might take many years to fulfil His promise. You need to wait until it takes place in your life. You should not speak negatively about your life. This shows that you are doubting His power. We need to confess our faith and trust in God. There should be no negative thoughts or negative talks, from your mouth. You need to be strong and adamant in your faith.
Some of you reading this message may have the habit of always speaking negatively about yourself. Will I ever be fine in my life. Will I ever get married ? Is it possible for me to go abroad? Will I be able to conceive and get a child ? Will I ever rise up in my life? Will I secure a Government job? Always doubting about yourself. God doesn’t like murmuring and doubting. The Bible says a double minded man is uncertain in everything. So get rid of negative thoughts and speak always words of faith.
When the angel of God appeared before Mary the virgin, she listened to the word of God and believed in her heart that the promise of God would be fulfilled in her life. She readily accepted the word of God. She did not doubt or question the angel of God. But confirmed how it was possible when she knew no man. When the angel told her that the Holy Spirit Of God will come upon her and the power of the Highest will over shadow her, she just believed. And prepared herself to receive the promise and the baby Jesus in her womb that was to be born. This is the kind of faith that God expects from each one of you. So the promise was fulfilled at the appointed time.
Therefore God honoured Mary the mother of Jesus. Her cousin Elizabeth said, unto her, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.”Blessed is she who believed. For there will be a fulfilment of those things which were told her from the Lord. God had a vision for this young virgin. And God fulfilled the vision at the appointed time. No one could obstruct the vision of God from being fulfilled. Joseph the husband of Mary being a just man, not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away, but the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. ”So even he couldn’t arrest or prevent the vision of God that was to happen in Mary’s life.
The Bible says, “Not a word failed of any good thing which the Lord, had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass.” If so, did you ever realize what is God’s vision for you in your life? What does God want to do for you, in your education. In your business? In your family life? Do you have any goal in your life? Do you believe that God is operating His plan for the wellbeing of your life. Therefore as children of God, Hold fast the confession of your hope without wavering, For He who promised is faithful. God has given you many promises as he had given to the people of Israel. And just as God fulfilled all the promises he had given to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob God will fulfil His plan and His vision in your life also. Just put your trust in the Lord, for the Bible says, they that trust in the Lord shall prosper. You will prosper provided you trust in the Living God. God Bless you.

Help us to find out the vision that you have purposed in our life and work towards it. Teach us to hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering. May we place our trust in God completely, like Mary. Enable us to think and talk positively, that we may do well in life.

The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Psalm 91:15, “He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honour him.”
From this context we see how God intervenes and rescues us when we are in trouble. But we need to call upon the name of the Lord. Then God will be with us and honour us. A man who makes God his refuge, will feel assured, that God will interpose and save him from all his troubles. The Psalmist had great confidence in God at all times. He had an unwavering belief, that God is a hearer of prayer. When poverty and wretchedness is felt by us, then we plead to God for His mercy. I know of a brother who came to our “Anbarin Pathaathil Oru Naal”, sometime back and gave his testimony saying that through the message God spoke to him when Brother prophesied, “God is going to waver your debts or the creditor will come and make peace with you. Therefore don’t get worried go in peace.” That Brother was touched by the prophesy of God. He went home believing in the word of God, that was spoken to him through the message.
That brother couldn’t sleep peacefully because he was scared that the creditor will cause trouble to him next morning. So he called out to the name of God. “Jesus, Jesus.” This brother had come to our meeting for the first time. He did not know how to pray. All he knew was to call on the name of Jesus. To his surprise the lord appeared before him and asked him “Why did you call Me? What is your problem? He said”, My body is paining and I suffer from several problems. So heal my body. Then he said, I am afraid of the creditor, he is pressurizing me to repay the amount immediately.” The Lord replied to him saying , “The pain from your body will be healed. And the creditor will not trouble you any further, but he will speak peace with you, So don’t worry.” Saying this Lord disappeared. The next morning the creditor came as that brother had expected. He said, to that brother, “Don’t worry, you can pay back the money you have borrowed, leisurely when you have sufficient money to pay back.”That brother was surprised to hear the creditor speak like that. He remembered how Jesus appeared the previous night and told him that the creditor will come and make peace with him. He was saved by the Lord. Because he found mercy from God. He couldn’t believe his eyes. From that day onwards he began to attend out Fast and Prayer Meeting “Anbarin Padathil Oru Naal” regularly. He called on the name of the Lord and so he was blessed.
2ooo years ago, while Jesus lived on the face of this earth. Jesus was leaving Jericho, followed by a large crowd, of people, on his way to Jerusalem, when he came across a blind beggar called Bartimaeus. Bartimaeus called out to Jesus saying , “Jesus, Son of David. Take pity on me!” since there was no response, he called out more loudly. Blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the road begging. When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” The disciples warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Then they called the blind man, saying to him, “Be of good cheer. Rise, Jesus is calling you.” And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus. So Jesus answered and said to him, “What do you want Me to do for you?” The blind man said to Jesus Rabboni, help me receive my sight.”Then Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road.
What are the troubles that you are facing today? Are you going through depression? Is it because of financial difficulty? Are you suffering from some kind of acute disease? Do you have fear about the future of your children? Are you afraid of the third wave of Corona that is about to attack small children? What is your problem? Are you afraid of the money lender, to whom you have to repay the money? Is he threatening you daily? Do you have a boil in your body and you think it might be cancer. Call on the name of Jesus, like Bartimaeus, God will answer you and solve all your problems. God says, ‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’ David says in his psalm, “ “In the day of trouble I will call upon You. You will answer me.” God further says, Call upon me in times of trouble; I will rescue you, and you shall glorify me. He is a God of promise. Therefore when you go through trouble call upon the name of the Lord. He will answer you and you shall be blessed. God Bless you.

Father we thank You for telling us through this message that we need to call upon the name of the Lord when we go through trouble. Thank You for all Your promises, that assure us that when we call on the name of the Lord, God will answer us. Help us Lord to have total confidence in You.

The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of Psalms 34:6, 7, “This poor man cried out and the Lord heard him. And saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him and delivers them.”
The Bible speaks of a blind man, who cried out to Jesus who was passing on the Jericho road. There was a crowd of people moving along with Jesus. When the blind man cried out, the people rebuked him to keep quiet. But he cried out all the more. “Jesus Son of David have mercy on me.” Hearing his cry Jesus stopped for a moment and asked the people to bring the blind man closer to Him. And when the blind man stood before Jesus, He asked him, “What do you want me to do for you? ” The blind man said “Rabboni, that I may receive my sight. “Then Jesus said unto him, “Go your way, your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight. Today the same Jesus is calling out to you and asking you, My dear son and daughter, “’What do you want me to do for you? When you cry out to Him He performs miracle for you.
Once while I was preaching in the “Anbarin Pathaathil Oru Naal Prayer Meeting in Chennai, I prayed to God to open the womb of those who were childless and mentioned the word of God saying, “And whose belly You fill with Your hidden treasure. They are satisfied with children.” A couple in America were watching our program on live telecast from midnight to morning 5 am. Both Seline and her husband, Bro Jebasingh, were crying together for the gift of a child as they were childless for quite some time. God heard their cry and the very same month she conceived. She had sent us an email stating she had kept the word of God and prayed to the Lord to be merciful to her and fill her belly with the hidden treasure .
God heard her prayer and immediately caused her to become pregnant. This proves that God performs miracles to those who cry out to God.
Just as God heard the cry of Seline and delivered her miraculously from childlessness, similarly God will hear your cry and answer your prayers. If you approach God, He will rescue you. Be it during the midnight or in the midst of the deep sea. As soon as you call, Jesus will come to deliver you. So dear child of God, “Call Him and He will answer you.”
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Teach us to cry out to You when we are in trouble. Help us to maintain a blessed relationship with You so that our prayers will be answered. Let there be no hindrance to our prayers. Thank you Lord for teaching us to be totally depend upon you. We give glory and honour to you.

The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Esther.5:2,3, ” So it was, when the king saw Queen Esther standing in the court, that she found favor in his sight, and the king held out to Esther the golden scepter that was in his hand. Then Esther went near and touched the top of the scepter.” And the king said to her, “What do you wish, Queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given to you—up to half the kingdom!”
From the above passage we come to understand that Queen Esther went before the king boldly in order to save the Jews from the cruel verdict that was passed against them. The King in turn granted all that the queen had requested him, bringing joy and laughter to the nation. Esther is described as the Jewish queen of a Persian king Ahasuerus, who was the king of 127 countries from India to Ethiopia, Since his first wife Vasthi, refused to come before the king, when she was called to the banquet, the king sought a new wife. So Esther became his wife. Haman, the king’s evil second-in-command, was a descendant of Agag, king of the Amalekites, who were ancient enemies of God’s people. Haman crafted a trick to destroy all the Jews. Haman is the antagonist in the book of Esther, and an evil man who tried to annihilate the Jewish people, King honoured Haman elevating him and giving him a seat of honour higher than that of all the other nobles. All the royal officials at the king’s gate knelt down and paid honour to Haman, for the king had commanded this concerning him. But Mordecai the Jew would not kneel down or pay him honour. The royal officials at the king’s gate asked Mordecai, “Why do you disobey the king’s command?” Mordecai had told them that he was a Jew. When Haman saw that Mordecai would not kneel down or pay him honour, he was enraged. So Haman looked for a way to destroy all Mordecai’s people, the Jews, throughout the whole kingdom, Haman selected the twelfth month, the month of Adar.
Then Haman said to King Ahasuerus, “about the Jews who were dispersed among the provinces of the kingdom and who keep themselves separate. He further said, their customs are different from those of all other people, and they do not obey the king’s laws; So If it pleases the king, let a decree be issued to destroy them, and I will give ten thousand talents of silver to the king’s Administrators for the royal treasury.”So the king took his signet ring from his finger and gave it to Haman the enemy of the Jews. “Keep the money,” the king said to Haman, “and do with the people as you please.”Then on the thirteenth day of the first month the royal secretaries were summoned. They wrote out in the script of each province and in the language of each people all Haman’s orders to the king’s satraps, the governors of the various provinces and the nobles of the various peoples. These were written in the name of King Ahasuerus, himself and sealed with his own ring. Dispatches were sent by couriers to all the king’s provinces with the order to destroy, kill and annihilate all the Jews—young and old, women and children—on a single day, the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, the month of Adar, and to plunder their goods. The couriers went out, spurred on by the king’s command, to the people of every nationality so they would be ready for that day in the citadel of Susa. The king and Haman sat down to drink, but the city of Susa was bewildered.
Queen Esther on hearing this verdict all the tricks of Haman to kill the Jews she went into her room and fasted three days with her handmaids. Her Uncle Mordecai and other men gathered outside the palace gate and prayed together. When Mordecai learns of this, he tells Esther to reveal to the king that she is Jewish and ask that he cancel the order passed against the Jews. Esther and Mordecai realized that they had to save their people; Esther would have to go before the king and plead for them. This was a dangerous thing to do, because no one was to go before the king without being called. Esther asked that her people fast and pray for three days for her. The fasting and prayers of her people gave the queen the courage to do what she needed to do, at that point of time. Esther realized that this was the time when the queen had to act boldly so she prayerfully approached the king. On seeing her the king stretched out his sceptre towards her and she found favor in his sight, and the king held out to Esther the golden scepter that was in his hand. Then Esther went near and touched the top of the scepter.” And the king said to her, “What do you wish, Queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given to you—up to half the kingdom!” When she told the king of the wickedness of Haman, and his cunning plot against Mordecai and the people of the Jews. The king had him destroyed. He refused to see Haman and ordered that he should be hung on the gallows which he had prepared for Mordecai. Therefore he was put to death. Queen Esther then instituted the holiday of Purim for the day after the Jews were permitted to defend themselves. It is an important distinction for the holiday. The feast of Purim, still celebrated by Jews today, commemorates the Jews’ deliverance from Haman’s plot . Haman, a court official and villain whose plan to destroy the Jews of Persia was thwarted by Esther. Purim celebrates the day of “rejoicing and feasting” that followed. There was great rejoicing in the capital city of Shushan, since the King permitted the Jews to defend themselves, from their enemies. God gave them great joy and laughter. Those of you reading this message I wish to say that You, too, can pray to Father in Heaven for the strength to do those things that are good and great. God loves you and will listen to your prayers, just as He did to Queen Esther’s. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Father we thank you for giving great deliverance to the Jews through Queen Esther. Give us the boldness with which she went before the king, so that we too can emerge victoriously. Thank you lord for killing Haman who planned against Your people. Destroy all our enemies who have planned to harm us and our children. We are living in a wicked world. Please protect us from the virus and all other dreadful happenings around us. Grant us the strength to overcome troubles and trials that lashes upon us every moment of our life.
