My Dear Brothers and Sisters, on behalf of God’s Love Ministries and on behalf of my family I wish you and the members of your family, A HAPPY & BLESSED EASTER. May the Lord be with you and bless you.
On this good day as we celebrate the festival of Resurrection, let us be assured that whatever good things He has promised to do for us, He will definitely do it for us by the power of His resurrection.
The Bible says, “Not a word failed of any good thing which the Lord had spoken, to the house of Israel. All came to pass.”
We read in the Bible in John 2:18-22, “ The Jews then responded to him, “What sign can you show us to prove your authority to do all this?” Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.”
They replied, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?” But the temple he had spoken of was his body. After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said. Then they believed the scripture and the words that Jesus had spoken.
Only after all the words of the Bible scholars, had been fulfilled regarding the birth, growth, sufferings on the cross, and His resurrection that Jesus said it is finished and gave up the ghost. Just as he said, he rose again alive on the third day.
Yes my dearly beloved, Our Lord Jesus Christ is true in His words. His word has power. The Bible says, In the beginning was the word and the word was with God, and the Word was God.
My dearly beloved, be assured of His promises in your life. Whatever He has promised to do for you, He will do it. Therefore the Lord of peace is encouraging you to be patient and be at peace, regarding your expectations.
In the Bible we read about the incident, wedding in Cana of Galilee. When the wine got over in the wedding, Mother Mary informs about it to Jesus. He told her, “My hour has not yet come.”But when the right time came, Jesus Himself asked the servants to fill the empty jars with plain water. They obeyed him and filled the jars to the brim, therefore, when He asked them to serve it to the Master of the house, the water turned into tasty wine. The Lord performed a miracle before the Master could be put to shame because of the deficit of wine at the wedding. This God who performed a miracle just in time will do what he has said at the right moment in your life too. God is looking at you today and is saying “I will do what I have said.”
Similarly God blessed Joseph at His appointed time. God gave a dream to Joseph when he was seventeen years of age. He was greatly honored in the dream. But he experienced a lot of unpleasant things in his life after he had the dream. Yet he never lost hope in God. He was honest before God. He remained very patient for the Lord to perform a miracle in his life. Just as God had promised he made him as the Governor of Egypt and even brought his father and his brothers under his feet for shelter.
My dearly beloved, remember on this day of Resurrection. Our Lord Jesus Christ is alive . He will do what he has promised in our lives. Wait patiently for the appointed time. What the Lord has promised on this festive season of the Lord’s Resurrection will definitely happen in your life.
Prayer.
Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we thank you for having died for us on the cross of Calvary and having been buried. You rose again alive on the third day. And You have given us the assurance of eternal life. Help us to be patient to receive the gift which you have bestowed upon us. Teach us longsuffering and to wait at Your feet without murmuring until we get what is appointed to us, like Joseph .
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Job 1:21 says, “The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord”. We see in the life of Job, he lost everything that he owned. He faced severe problems in his life. Every person faces problems. Some problems come from outside the family and some come from within the family. Problems might emerge from the spouse, children or sometimes through in-laws. But God is faithful and He will not test you more than what you can bear. Even if you are tested, God will provide a way of escape out of it. God is giving you this assurance. You might be facing some major problem in your business. There are problems almost every day in life. You might be wondering as to when all those problems will come to an end. But God is greater than all our problems. He has conquered death itself
There came an end to Jobs problems. After his problems came to an end he received a double portion of blessing in his life. Job was confident that after all his sufferings of shame and distress, loss and affliction there will surely be an end to all his sufferings. Disaster struck his life like a thunder one after another. The death of his ten children was the greatest tragedy in his life. He was grief stricken. Today, like Job, you may think that you need to know when all your problems will come to an end. We must hope in God that He will not allow us to suffer more than what we can bear. We need to hope in the Lord and accept Gods plan in our life.
Genesis 32:22-31 says, “Jacob was left alone and a Man wrestled with him until the breaking of day. Jacob said “I will not go until You bless me.” You cannot go through another period of trial in your life. Trials may come because of your family members, in-laws relatives, neighbours, work spot or from any other source. To such people God says in Proverbs 23:18 “Surely there is a hereafter and your hope will not be lost.” The Lord encourages you to be strong and of good courage and to move on in your life by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we pray that You may grant Your children the needed strength to bear their problems. Help them to face the challenges boldly in their lives and to always remember that the Lord is in control of all their problems. We know that you have conquered all our battles on the cross. Help us to remember that we are victors and that we have a hope in you In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
My Dear Brothers and Sisters, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today, is from the book of Song of Solomon 5:10-16. He is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand. His head is as the most fine gold, his locks are bushy and black as a raven. His eyes are as the eyes of doves by the rivers of waters, washed with milk, and fitly set. His cheeks are as a bed of spices, as sweet flowers: his lips like lilies, dropping sweet smelling myrrh. His hands are as gold rings set with the beryl: his belly is as bright ivory overlaid with sapphires. His legs are as pillars of marble, set upon sockets of fine gold: his countenance is as Lebanon, excellent as the cedars. His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely.
He is the Rose of Sharon, And the Lily of the valley. This is the beauty of our Lord Jesus Christ as described in the Bible. Such a beautiful Saviour hung on the cross for you and me. The Bible says, after crucifixion there was no beauty in Him that we should desire. He had lost all charm and beauty while He was hanging on the cross. With a crown of thorns upon His head, and His body bleeding. When the soldier pierced his flesh, water and blood gushed out of His body. Flesh from his body was torn when the Roman soldiers whipped him lashing Him with nails like hooks that tore his flesh from his body. His hands were struck with scars and wounds and there was blood all over His body. His beautiful feet that walked on the shores of Galilee and walked over the hills and lawns along with a huge multitude was now hanging on the cross. His feet nailed to the cross that He was made to carry along the road to Calvary called Golgotha
He said, “It is finished” and gave up the ghost. His mother was there to witness his death on the cross along with other ladies who had obtained many good things from the Lord. She who had borne a handsome and beautiful son and had spent several years growing him up is now bereaved by the cruel death of her son on the cross. She gazed helplessly at the bleeding son left alone to suffer. How much she must have been tormented by His death. Was it for this she bore him? Even His Heavenly Father had forsaken Him, to hang on the cross between the heaven and the earth. She couldn’t bear to see the marred face of her beloved son. Where did his beauty and charm disappear?
All the women who were with Him while He went about preaching and performing miracles wept bitterly at his shabby face. They couldn’t bear to see Him on the cross anymore. The Bible says He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement for our peace was upon Him. But why did Jesus die such a death on the cross? It was to save you and me from the wrath of God and eternal damnation. You need to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ that He died for you on the cross and that He has paid the penalty for your sin. He has purchased you by His precious blood, in order that He may save you from the mouth of the grave. Maybe until today you had not known the importance of the death of Jesus But after reading this valuable message about the Cross, I invite you to acknowledge this Jesus as the saviour of your life. Believe and be saved. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we are thankful to You for having shed your precious blood for us on the cross of Calvary. You have borne all our sins upon Yourself and forgiven us. Thank You Lord for being bruised for our iniquities and wounded for our transgression. Help us to believe that You died for us to be saved. In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
My Dear Brothers and Sisters, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today, is from the book of Luke 5:24,25. But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power upon earth to forgive sins, (he said unto the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go into your house. And immediately he rose up before them and took up that whereon he lay, and departed to his own house, glorifying God.
From the above context we understand that Jesus has the power to forgive sins. Two thousand years ago, when Jesus lived on this earth, people gathered wherever He went to listen to His sermon. Jesus not only preached the gospel He healed the sick, drove the evil spirit away, and sent them home joyfully. One day He was preaching at a cottage meeting in a place called Capernaum, when the people heard that Jesus was about to preach there, a huge crowd gathered there. The people brought all those who were sick, weak and evil possessed with a hope that they would all be healed. They had faith in Jesus Christ.
While Jesus was preaching in that cottage his healing power spread out like medicine and people were healed. A few people who felt that healing and miracles were taking place, in that cottage, ran out and brought a man who was paralyzed. They brought him in faith with the hope that he would get healed if he heard the sermon. Because of the crowd they could not enter into the house. so, they went up on the housetop and let him down with his bed through the tiling into the midst before Jesus. On seeing their faith, Jesus was awestruck, and He said to him, “Man your sins are forgiven.” He said to the man “ Arise take up your bed and walk.” Immediately the paralyzed man took up his bed and walked up to his home. What a miracle!
Even as you are reading this message, I am sure that the healing power of Jesus will emerge into your body and heal those of you who are sick and need healing right now. Hallelujah! Jesus is Jehovah Rapha. Rapha means, to restore, to heal. He is the Lord who heals both physical and emotional needs. Jehovah is the great physician who heals all our disease. May God heal you of your sicknesses.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we thank You for letting us know that you have the power to forgive sins. We thank you for forgiving all our sins and setting us free from illness. From the bondage of sin and slavery. Help us to have faith like the men who brought the paralyzed man before Jesus and helped him to be restored.
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
My Dear Brothers and Sisters, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of John 14:12 says, “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in Me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these”
Jesus said, Ephphatha” and healed the man who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech (Mark 7:34). Can such a miracle happen today? Can a man of God perform such a miracle in the present time? Well I wish to refer to the testimony of a sister Shirley from Ooty who shared her testimony after watching our programme in the Tamilan Channel. Her only son Samson met with an accident while crossing the road from his school bus. He was hit down by an Omnibus and his skull broke and was hospitalized. After 15 days, he was announced dead.
The mother called up to me in tears and said, ”Brother, He is my only son and I am on the way to the burial ground. Please pray that God should strengthen us at this point in time. “
I was broken in my spirit. And immediately asked her to keep her phone in the ears of her dead son and I cried out to the Lord. “O Death where is your victory?
O Death where is your sting?” Lord You heard the prayer of Elijah and brought back life into the dead body of the widow’s son. “Then the Lord heard the voice of Elijah and the soul of the child came back to him and he revived,” I asked the Lord can only Elijah the prophet bring back life to the dead boy. Will You not revive the spirit of Samson again into his body and wipe away the tears of his mother? In the same way Lord takes pity on this boy Samson and revives his dead body to life. I cried to the Lord earnestly, for I believed that the prayer of the righteous avails much”. Suddenly the mother burst with a shout of joy saying, “Brother, Samson opened his eyes and his feet is moving”. They rushed the boy to the hospital. Doctors were amazed and after 20 days, in the ICU, he was discharged.
Prayer warriors in the prayer tower were praying and were constantly in touch with Sister Shirley. Once while I was fasting and praying for the “Anbarin Padathil Oru Naal” meeting the Lord asked me to inquire about Samson. So, I called up to Sister Shirley, she said that all was well with Samson except that he will never be able to speak for the rest of his life. She further said that she was glad to at least see her son alive. I was very disturbed in my heart. So I asked her to keep the phone again in his ears. and prayed to the Lord. I reminded God about the incident of the deaf man who had an impediment in his speech and how the Lord Jesus 2000 years ago looked up to heaven and said “Ephphatha.” and immediately his ears were opened. And the impediment of his tongue was loosed, and immediately he spoke plainly.
I too pronounced the word “Ephphatha.’’ Which means “Be Opened” with a loud voice and called upon the Holy Name of the Lord God of Israel, the Maker of the Universe to perform a miracle for Samson. I said, “Lord releases his vocal cord that had been damaged in the accident and let God’s mighty power be revealed through Samson. Let every dead cell be revived in the name of Jesus. Lord, please undo the knot that has tied up his tongue from speaking. Loosen the bonds of his speech.
Just then, the Lord heard my Prayer. God loosened his tongue and Samson said, “Amma” The mother was surprised to hear the voice of her son and so rushed him again to the Doctor. There was joy in her voice when she called up to thank me. The doctors were surprised as to how Samson could speak. When the disciples asked Jesus how he performed miracles and drove out demons Jesus told them, that “This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.
Samson who called out to his mother on that day continues to speak forever. God is alive. He performs miracles even today. Praise the Lord.
Prayer: Our Loving Heavenly Father, we thank you for this blessed day. Thank You for hearing our prayer, however difficult the situation might be. Thank you for giving us the heart to trust in You at all times. Bless us to completely depend upon You. May we realize that Jesus is still alive and is able to perform miracles even today for those who cry out to Him.
In Jesus Name we pray.
Amen.
