My dear Brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of Isaiah 43:4, “Since you are precious and honoured in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life”.
When the Lord Most High descends upon your life then all that is lowly in your life will run away. The Lord says, that you are precious in His sight. It does not matter how you are in the sight of others. Because God made man in His own image. God says that you are highly valuable and respectable in His sight. May be until today people might have looked down upon you. You might have been kept aside. People might have deserted and forsaken you. At this point of time you need to take it up as a challenge. When you face the challenge boldly then you will be lifted high. When David fought Goliath and killed him, people began to applaud him. He who was looked down upon by his brothers, suddenly grew famous. God exalted him as King of Israel for forty years.
Remember you are always precious in the sight of God. The Bible says, If God is for us, who can be against us? Yes God is by your side. You are so precious that God has appointed people to help you during the course of your life. God will lift you up in your life. Therefore rejoice in the Lord and praise Him evermore.
God bless you.
Prayer:
Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Thank You Lord for considering My children as precious in your sight. May they learn to understand your greatness and make use of your power in their life. Help them to receive Your word as prophesy and live a Godly life. In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
My dear Brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given you for today is from the book of Numbers 23:21, “The Lord His God is with him. And the shout of a king is among them.” It pleased the Lord to bless Israel. So God changed their curse into blessing.
Though King Balak invited Prophet Balaam to curse the people of Israel, the Lord intervened and changed the heart of Balaam and he obeyed God. Firstly, Balaam blessed their tents and dwelling places. Secondly, God exalted the kingdom of Israel which included the twelve tribes. God brought them out of Egypt and strengthened them like a wild ox. Balaam said, “Blessed are all those who bless thee. Israel will do valiantly and a star shall come out of Jacob. A Scepter shall rise out of Israel.”
Jesus was born into this world to save the people. They accepted Him and made Him walk as a royal king on the streets of Jerusalem. People spread their own garments on the road. As He went, the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works they had seen. Saying, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, Peace in heaven and glory in the highest.”
Today, this king is visiting your homes. When Jesus lived in this world, He went about doing good to all. He preached the good tidings to the people, healed the brokenhearted and the sick, liberated the prisoners and comforted all those who mourned.
When this king comes into your homes, you will be relieved from all your sorrows, pains, sicknesses and whatever be your situation, God will set you free; for the Son of man came to seek and to save that which was lost. The thief (satan) came to steal, kill and destroy; but Jesus Christ came that you may have life in abundance. He wants you to reign with honour, and dignity. Only then can you suppress all those who rise up against you and be victorious.
Moses built an altar, called Jehovah Nissi, to celebrate their victory over the Amalekites. God was with them during the battle. When this Jehovah Nissi leads you in your battle, you will never be a failure. Therefore, choose to have Jesus in your life. You will be victorious.
God bless you.
Prayer:
Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord, I pray that You may bless my children with power and strength. May the king of kings reign in their hearts. May they be victorious in their life. Give them the strength like that of the rhinoceros in order to overcome every difficult situation in their life. Lord, may You change all their curses into a blessings. In Jesus Name we pray,
Amen.
My dear Brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless everyone in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ . The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of 1 Peter 5:5, “All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, God resists the proud. But gives grace to the humble.”
Humbleness is a quality of being modest. True humbleness is characterized by humility. As children of God you need to put on the garment of royal majesty. You should possess the quality to reign because you are children of Jesus Christ, The king of kings and Lord of Lords.
Your humbleness does not remain in your dressing or apparels but in maintaining dignity and honour. You should behave modestly wherever you go, because you are representative or ambassador of Christ. Our God who is Holy, inhabits eternity and dwells in the high and holy place. He has a contrite and humble spirit.
In the Bible we read about Mordecai. He lived in Sushan. He adopted his orphaned cousin Esther whom he brought up as if she were his own daughter. In spite of the kings decree that all should prostrate themselves before Haman who was a Vizier( A higher official) in the Persian empire, Mordecai refused to bow before him. So Haman hated Mordecai, a humble Jew. He looked for a way to destroy all Mordecai’s people.
Since Haman was a favoured minister of Ahasuerus, he misused his power and according to his plan the king commanded that all the Jews be put to death. Esther who became the queen of Sushan, interceded for her people. At one point of time Mordecai, sat within the kings palace gate. He was mocked by Haman. Haman was a proud man and expected everyone to bow down before him. Mordecai, refused to bow down before him. Therefore Haman was filled with wrath when Mordecai refused to bow down to him.
The Lord honoured Mordecai, who sat at the front gate with sack cloth and ashes and mourned for the Jews, with fasting and wailing. Haman planned to honour himself, by suppressing Mordecai and his people. He cunningly set up gallows to hang Mordecai as a revenge. But God who looked at the heart of Mordecai, changed the situation in favour of him. On the day when the enemies of the Jews had hoped to overpower them the opposite occurred.
In that the Jews themselves over powered those who hated them. The fear of the Jews fell upon the inhabitants of Shushan. Mordecai became great in the kings palace. And his fame spread throughout all the provinces. The king honoured Mordecai for his good act of saving the king’s life from death. But Haman was hanged in the very gallows he had made for Mordecai. God expects His children to humble themselves. They that humble themselves shall be exalted. Therefore humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up. God bless you.
Prayer: We thank you Lord for this blessed day. Bless my children to be humble in their life. Help them to walk in the fear of the Lord. May they be wise and diligent. Cause them to walk with integrity. In Jesus Name we pray.
Amen.
I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today, is from the book of Psalms 68: 9,10. “You O God sent a plentiful rain, whereby you confirmed your inheritance when it was weary. Your congregation dwelt in it, You O God, provided from Your goodness for the poor.”
From the above context we understand that our God wants to bless us abundantly. Rain represents blessings. God will therefore send a plentiful rain and provide from His goodness not only for you but also for the poor. Everyone who is reading this message is expecting some kind of blessing in your life. Won’t God provide some new blessing, some new grace in my life is your question. Well He is ever mindful of you . So God has made rivers upon the earth to make it moist and fruitful; but the fertility of the greatest part of the earth does not depend so much upon the rivers below, but the rains from above.
God visits the earth . He goes round the earth, as a gardener and surveys his garden, and gives water to every plant that requires it, and that not in small quantities, but until the earth is drenched and soaked with a rich supply of refreshment. He causes the dry and parched earth that withers due to dryness with His showers of rain and makes it moist that it might grant yield in due season. God prepares the earth to bear an abundant harvest, and then He gives that harvest. The harvest could not be without the previous rain, and neither the rain nor the harvest could be without God. He gives abundant showers, and refreshes His weary inheritance that His people may settle in it, and enjoy from His bounty.
God wants to pour abundance of rain upon you that you may prosper and do well in life. God always wants to bless you more than you can think, ask or imagine. For He is your heavenly Father and knows what you are in need of. God has planned to do great and mighty things for you. He will give a good conclusion to all your problems. He is going to pour an abundance of rain upon your business and your family even your ministry that you may thrive in all the efforts you take to expand your ministry. When God pours His blessings upon your family, your business or in your ministry, then all the dry and parched area of your life will be transformed to that of a fertile ground that yields fruit in due season. The Bible says that the land of Israel and Canaan have the capacity to suck plenty of rain water and store down in the earth and when necessary the land will supply sufficient water to areas that lack water. It’s amazing to learn of the fertility of the soil in these places. That is why they are rich in plantation.
May be in the past you might have experienced a very dry and parched phase of life. God is putting an end to all your fruitless life and a life of famine and poverty. God is uprooting every form of poverty’ that lies at the door step of your house, and instead God is pouring down like a river, the rain of blessing from heaven, upon you, your family, your business, your education, your career, your family life, and your ministry, so that God might irradiate poverty from your house and prosper you in every area of your life. He is granting new blessing as you desired. So be cheerful in the Lord. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we thank you for uprooting the state of poverty and making us prosperous in our lives. We thank you for the plentiful rain that causes moist and fertility and brings forth fruitful yield in due season. Lord we remain grateful to You for being so mindful of us. Help us to remain faithful to You and acknowledge Your greatness.
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book, Luke 10:42 “But one thing is needful; and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.”
Once when Jesus went to Bethany Martha demonstrated hospitality by welcoming Jesus into her home. She then kept herself busy with her task of serving her guest. May be she was preparing a meal in her home for her family. In the meanwhile her sister Mary sat at the feet of Jesus and was busy listening to His words rather than helping her sister Martha, with domestic chores. Martha was interested in serving the Lord Jesus with food and delicacies. While Mary was interested to sit at the feet of Jesus like a student learning at the feet of a Rabbi. But Martha was distracted by many task. And therefore she asks Jesus, “Lord do you not care that my sister has left me to do all the work by myself? Tell her then to help me.”
Many may empathize with Martha’s resentment of her sister for leaving her to do all the work. But Jesus responded to Martha, saying “Martha, Martha, you are worried and distracted by many things, there is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part which will not be taken away from her. The Problem with Martha is not that she was busy serving and providing hospitality but she was worried and distracted about many things of this world. Martha’s worry and distraction prevent her from being truly present with Jesus. Martha had missed out on the “one thing needed” for true hospitality. There is no greater hospitality than listening to your guest Jesus. So Jesus says, that Mary has chosen the better part which will not be taken away from her.
Are you worried over things of this Earth. Or have you set your mind on Jesus ? Learn to spend time at the feet of Jesus through prayer, Bible reading and singing. Jesus Himself had said, that Mary had chosen that good part which would not be taken away from her. Mary did not care about the things of this world. She was more attracted to Jesus. If we abide in Him, He will abide in us. The Bible says, He who is of God hears God’s word. And if anyone keeps Gods word he shall live forever. So if you seek God you shall be richly blessed.
Prayer: Our Loving Heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord may we have the desire to sit at your feet, and not in the counsel of the ungodly. Nor shall we stand in the way of sinners. But help us to delight in the law of the Lord. Teach us not to set our heart in the things of this world, but in the things of God. So that we may prosper in all that we do. In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
