My Dear Brothers and Sisters, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of Genesis 7:1 , The Lord then said to Noah, “ Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation.”
Dear Brothers and Sisters, from the above context we see how God protected Noah and his family. God acknowledged Noah as righteous person. By the deeds of the law, no flesh living shall be justified. Noah found favor in the sight of God. There was none so righteous besides him in that wicked generation and he was very remarkable. Noah was a rare instance of this character. It was a blessing to him as he was righteous, in such a corrupt period. During the time of Noah people sinned against the Lord. They drank and gave their children in marriage to ungodly people. They were altogether wicked.
God therefore chose such a righteous person not only to build an ark but also to enter into the ark. God purposed in his heart to protect Noah and his family from the floods. Noah not only trusted in God, but also obeyed God in building the ark as he was instructed by God. Even the length and breadth of the ark, the design and pattern of the ark was instructed by the Lord. And he built the ark accordingly. God was so pleased with him and his workmanship. Because of Noah his family was blessed.
My Dear Brothers and Sisters, Are you walking in faith like Noah. He had never seen rain in all the days of his life. Yet He believed that God would send rain. Are you righteous before God in all that you do? If so, then God will protect you. Noah lived in a land surrounded with evil and sinful people. Yet he proved righteous before God. So God Himself sent them into the ark and locked the door, so that no one else could enter the ark.
Dear Brothers and Sisters , When you find favor in the sight of God, then God Himself, will put you in the cleft of the rock and hide you with his hands. Since you are so precious in his sight, He will not destroy you, but save you from the disaster to come. The Lord will be your shield and buckler. He will put a wall of fire around you and protect you and your family.

Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord help us to find favor in your sight, just as Noah found favor. God teach us to be righteous in our daily life. Just as mercy and truth meet each other help us to be honest and truthful in all our ways. Guard us and protect us as You protected Noah and his family. Thank You Lord for answering our prayer. Dear Brothers and Sisters from the above context, we clearly see the Psalmist hope of immortal life. His very act of holding on to God, confirms his faith and assurance in Him. The Psalmist says, I have set the Lord always before me, and further says, In His presence is fullness of joy and in His right hand there are pleasures for ever more. He believes in the God of the Universe. Psalmist has set the Lord always before his face. He is confident that he will not be shaken. He is capable of facing any challenges in life.
Dear Brothers and Sisters , God is ever by our side. But we may be very far from Him. Psalmist has kept the Lord always, in his sight, right before his face. And so he is able to look at Him, and be calm and reposed. Therefore He is blessed.
If you allow the world, and wealth and business and ambitions and cares and family responsibilities and jostle and hustle, God will be out of your mind, and hearts then you cannot, enjoy the presence of God in your life. God is blazing there in front of us but unless we set ourselves to it we shall never see Him. You have to look at the face of the Lord to see the things that are unseen and eternal.
Jehovah the Father, is the object which Christ set before him, and kept looking unto Him during the course of His life here on earth. He always had an eye on His father regarding His will, His orders, and commands and counsels and this encouraged Him. ( Jesus ) in all His difficulties. And most distressed circumstances.
Dear Brothers and Sisters, Have you set the Lord always before you? Have you kept your eyes focused on Him. Are, you looking at the perishable things of this world which seem to be so enticing and more attractive than the unseen things in heaven . Set your minds on things above and not on things that are on the earth. Those who love the things of this world, cannot please God. The Bible says, If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in them. Therefore love not the world, neither the things that are in the world.

Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord help us to focus our eyes upon the Living God. Teach us to keep God always before us. So that we may not be shaken. Help us to set our minds on things above and not, on worldly things. In Jesus name we pray.

Dear Brothers and Sisters, from the above context we come to understand that God has not given us a cowardly spirit, so as to be afraid of men or devil, of what they will say or do. And so as to be discouraged in life. Such a spirit is not from God. And such a fear brings a snare. In fact God has not given us the spirit of fear alone but has given us the spirit of love, of power and of sound mind. He gave us the spirit of power to stand against reproaches and persecutions for the sake of the Lord. And they are strengthened to resist satan’s temptation. This quality helps one to behave in a prudent manner, in sobriety, purity and honesty. Those who possess such qualities from God will not easily give way, to the enemies or decline from performing their duty to God.
The more you fear, the scarier things will seem to be. Fear is an unpleasant experience. However fear can seriously harm your physical and mental health over a period of time. Fear is partially an imagination, it gradually leads to depression.
Dear Brothers and Sisters, are you afraid of your debts, are you wondering as to how you will clear the bills? Are you going through depression? Is someone really worrying you, regarding your complexion? Are you suffering from inferiority complex ? Don’t you have sufficient money to spend for your family? Are longing to have something good in life? Are you worried about your future? Kindly don’t give room for fear. Trust in God Almighty. He will remove all your fear from your mind. Fear is generated by satan. Don’t become victim to fear. For God says, do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and help you. When you are afraid put your trust in God. Because fear of man will prove to be a snare but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.

Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord deliver me from all my fears. Do not let my heart be troubled. Lord You are my helper so guard and protect me. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of, Ezekiel 36:11, “I will increase the number of people and animals living on you, and they will be fruitful and become numerous. I will settle people on you, as in the past and make you prosper than before. Then you will know that I am the Lord”.
God promises favour to the people, of Israel. God will punish those who put contempt and reproach on Gods people. He will turn it on themselves. The Bible says, “See I have taken out of your hand, the cup of trembling, The dregs of the cup of My fury and I will put it into the hand of those who afflict you”.
From the above context we come to understand God’s concern for His people. It is God’s plan to multiply His people on the face of this world and prosper them in every way, than all those who surrounded them. The Assyrians, the Amalekites , the Hittites, the Jebusites, The Moabites, The Philistines, and others. He not only multiplied the men of Israel, but also the beasts of the land. For most of the beasts were slaughtered by the enemies who plundered them every now and then. The Lord blessed his people, with rich pastures for the cattle, to feed on. God blessed all the tribes of Israel by giving them a portion of land from the time of Joshua who led the people, into Canaan, the land flowing with milk and honey. What a good God He is !
Dear Brothers and Sisters, God will bless you in the same manner. God does not wish that you remain static, in life, rather he desires to lift you up to a higher status in life. To grant you promotion in your job, to elevate your position in your business and bless your family life with children. By blessing you with the fruit of your womb.
God wants to bless you, If you are willing to walk in his ways, and keep his precepts. God will help you to come up to a higher level, amidst all the struggles in your life. He is going to make you victorious in all that you do. God is going to put an end to all your problems.
Today is the day of increase. If you need an increase you must edify yourself spiritually. When you increase your time of prayer, you will experience the blessing of God in your life.

The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of Exodus 3:7, And the Lord said, “I have surely seen the oppression of My People, who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry, because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrow”.
My dear brothers and sisters, from the above context we see that the Lord had seen the affliction of his people. He had sympathy towards them, an affectionate concern for the people of Israel. A chosen generation, a royal priest hood, a holy nation, His own special people. He called them out of darkness into His marvellous light. He chose them not because they were great in number but because they were the fewest of all people. They did not choose Him but He chose them. He chose them in the furnace of affliction. He chose them because He loved them all the more.
The Bible says, The cry of the children of Israel has come to Me. I have seen the misery of the people. I have heard their cry, I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.
Dear Brothers and Sisters, are you oppressed by your authorities ? Are you depressed and dejected in life because of oppression. The Lord will deliver you from such situation. He knows your current state of life. He knows what you are going through. He will change your sorrow into joy. Your curse into a blessing. He is a powerful God. He has the ability to change your situation in a moment.
The Bible says, He does not forget the cry of the humble. He will never forsake those who seek His face. The needy shall not always be forgotten. The expectation of the poor, shall not perish forever. God not only saw their affliction but He sent Moses His servant to deliver them from the cruel hands of their task masters for He knew their sorrow. He not only delivered them but brought them out into a good and large land flowing with milk and honey. Milk and Honey indicates prosperity. He released His people from bondage and slavery and granted them freedom and made them to prosper in the land of Canaan. God will do the same thing for you also. He will lift you up from the miry clay and set your feet upon a rock. The Lord will not burden you with more problems than what you can bear. He will put a new song in your mouth. And many will see how God has lifted you up. And you shall praise the Lord.
