My dear Brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless everyone in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of Isaiah 8:18 “ Behold, Here am I, and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel” .
One day God asked prophet Isaiah to write down a name on a paper. He did not know the reason for writing the name. But he obeyed the words of God. Later, he got married and a son was born to them. He named his son with that name. Only then did he realize that God was going to bless him with a son.
God has a plan and purpose for each and every one of you. You may not realize His plan for you. But He takes you through His route. When Isaiah was blessed with a son, he said, “Lord me and my children whom you gave me will remain as wonders and signs in Israel.” When he stated these words there was completeness in his heart about his life, his family, his children and about his ministry.
God expects that your sons may be as plants grown up in their youth, and that your daughters may be as pillars sculptured in palace style. All this is possible only when your family stays in unity and oneness of the mind. Children and parents must be together in a friendly atmosphere. Parents must share their experience with their children. There should be no hidden agenda between the husband and wife. Only then such families can strive together. If not they tend to split apart. God wants to maintain peace within your walls and prosperity within your palaces.
In some families children become a real burden to their parents. Through their bad behavior they bring disgrace and shame to their parents instead of being a blessing to them. Instead of being a sign and wonder in the midst of the family members, they have been so indifferent in their lives. The Bible says, Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
It is the responsibility of every parent to grow up their children in the fear of the Lord. Because the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge. The Lord has promised to bless your children. He says, All your children shall be taught by the Lord and great shall be the peace of your children. In righteousness you shall be established. How awesome is our God! He blesses your children with a bright future. He takes care of their education, their Profession, their marriage life and leads them all through their life. Therefore, you need to pray for your children’s welfare. Ask God, “Lord, when will I see a change in the life of my son or daughter? When will my children turn from their wrong doings? When will we as a family live in harmony? The Lord who made heaven and earth Bless you from Zion. God says, But from this day forward I will bless you. May the Lord bless you and keep you and your family for His glory.

Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we thank You for blessing my children with a good family. May they inherit the blessings of God in their families. Help them to grow their children in the fear of the Lord. May they have a better understanding among themselves. Lord avoid all misunderstanding that shoot up in their lives. Grant unity and peace in the families. In Jesus name we pray,

My dear Brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless everyone in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of Zechariah 9:9, “Rejoice greatly, Daughter of Zion ! Shout, Daughter of Jerusalem ! See, your king comes to you, righteous and victorious, lowly and riding on a donkey. A colt, the foal of a donkey” . He is the Lion of Judah. He is the God of the whole universe. Such a God is willing to dwell in your hearts.
Zechariah calls out to the daughter of Zion to shout out and praise God because the king is coming riding on a donkey. During the days, when Jesus lived in this world the people recognized him as the king. So they seated him on the donkey and brought Him round the streets of Jerusalem. Singing and saying Hosanna. He was the king of Kings and Lord of Lords. Wherever Jesus went He performed miracles. If this king comes into your life things would change. There will be great deliverance in your life. He will perform miracles in your life also. He will not only desire to come inside you but also with in the life of your children. He says, I will pour My spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring. God wants to bless you and your children.
Prophet Zechariah seeks to promote spiritual revival so that the people will call upon the Lord with humble hearts and commit their ways to Him who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death –even death on a cross . Such a God wants to live inside of you. Won’t you give Him room in your heart? God says, Behold I stand at the door and knock, If any one hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him and he with Me. Jesus is longing to be with you. Won’t you accept Him? If you do so then you will see a marvelous change in your life.

My dear Brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless everyone in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ . The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of 1 Samuel 1:27, “For this child I prayed and the Lord has granted me my petition which I asked of him.”
Hannah is one of two wives of Elkanah. The other, Peninnah, had given birth to Elkanah’s children, but Hannah remained childless. So one day, Hannah went up to the temple, and prayed with great weeping . Eli the High Priest heard her weeping bitterly at the altar. Hannah was in bitterness of soul, and prayed to the Lord and wept in anguish. She made a vow saying, ‘’Lord if You will give me a mail child, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life.” When Eli inquired the reason for her weeping she told him that she was a woman of sorrowful spirit, therefore she had poured out her heart to God. Eli said , “Go in peace, and the God of Israel will grant your petition.” Hannah conceived and bore a son. And called his name Samuel, God looked into her affliction and heard her cry and answered her prayers. God not only heard her prayer but answers everyone who cries out to him in truth and spirit.
I would like to share a testimony about a family in America. I went to Australia in July 2017. And a family came for prayers . When I asked them what I should pray for? They told me about their elder brother who was in America. They had been married for almost ten years but they had no children. So I prayed for them through the phone. I sent God’s word and believed that He will perform a miracle. I said to the Lord, “You are a God of miracles. You hear the cry of the needy. You are a God who does more than what we ask , think or pray. Therefore kindly bless my son with the gift of a child. You are a God at hand and a God afar off”. I sent the word through the phone hoping that God would perform a miracle. The word took a form within her womb, and she conceived three children in her womb. Praise be to God.
God saw her affliction and blessed her with three children. I again went to Australia in the month of July this year 2018, that family came again to meet me. I couldn’t recognize them. I asked them what I should pray for? Then they narrated the entire episode that took place in 2017 in my previous visit. They said that God had blessed their elder brother, after I had prayed with two daughters and a son. They were filled with great joy. They said that they had come to thank me. God sent forth the word and performed a miracle. God will perform a miracle for you too if you wait upon Him.

My dear Brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless everyone in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of Psalms 119:165, “Great peace have those who love your law, And nothing causes them to stumble”.
My dear children of God this morning it is my earnest desire to share with you the importance of reading the word of God . There are many who are in deep distress . Some are perishing in their agony due to huge debts, joblessness, childlessness, financial crisis, and loss in business and many such reasons. Well in such occasions only the Bible can comfort you. The Bible records ways and means, as to how one can, lead a happy life. The Bible gives godly counsels to those who are in need of counselling in any field. All the laws and regulations for a person both in the private and public, life have been recorded in the Bible. God says, I will instruct you and show you the way that you should go; with my eye I will give counsel to you. He is a God of counsel. Everyone can apply these laws in their day to day life. Above all every man born in this world is eligible to obtain a divine counselling from the word of God, to attain eternal life, and a map is provided to reach heaven in the Bible. Remedy and solution to every problem and issues that occurs in the daily life of a person is recorded for the well being of every individual.
The Bible is the greatest gift that one can cherish. For those who are in despair, there is word of hope in the Bible. There are medicinal and healing power in the word of God that can resurrect one’s life from death. There is solution for those who are caught up in sorcery and witch craft. Thus there is everything essential for a person to live. For everyone who is going through trouble, there is a word of comfort. That is why the Bible is known as the living word. God’s Word does not return to Him void. The Bible is the living Word of God because it is the message given to us from the “living God” (Hebrews 3:12). We see the living Word of God in action every time a sinner repents and turns to Christ for eternal life. Beloved children of God, are you going through problems? Then trust in the word of God. It will enrich your life. The Psalmist says, Remember the word to your servant, upon which you have caused me to hope. He who meditates in His law day and night shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water that brings forth fruit in its season. Its leaves shall not wither and whatever he does shall prosper. You shall have great Peace.

Wipe away the tears of those burdened in life because of their problems. Release them from witch craft and sorcery. May they receive counselling from the word of God and become prosperous. The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of Psalm 119:92 , “Unless Your law had been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction”. David is one of the most well known figures in the Bible. His life was filled with much happiness and pain. The character of David is a picture for us of what happens in a Christians life as we give God a place of dominion and reign.
The life of David and Goliath teaches us an important lesson on how God can use anyone to accomplish His plan. David was brave and volunteered to fight Goliath the Philistine giant. David won the battle because he had faith and trusted the God of Israel. So the woman sang as they danced and said, Saul has slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands. King Saul was very angry and the saying displeased him. King Saul was afraid of David the son of Jesse. He wondered what more can he have but the kingdom. A distressing spirit from God came upon Saul. He said, “I will pin David to the wall with it.”
Hence we see that David’s life was in danger. He was forced to live in the deep woods . He ran for his life from the hands of king Saul. Later as a king he sinned against God. As a result , the Lord caused the son of David and Bathsheba, Uriah’s widow, to be very sick and the child died.
And when he realized his sin with Bathsheba. He admitted his fault before God. He said, ” Lord hide Your face from my sins, And blot out all my iniquities”. He expresses saying Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You. Later we see that David loved his son, Absalom. But he was killed in the battle. He faced a series of problems one after another. Again when the Amalekites attacked Ziklag and burned it with fire. They had taken the captive their wives, their sons, and their daughters. David and his men lifted up their voices and wept until they had no more power to weep. But the Bible says, David strengthened himself in the Lord his God.
How did he strengthen himself? David says, “ I will meditate on your precepts, I will delight myself in your statues. I will not forget Your word. Finally he says, “This is my comfort in my affliction, For your word has given me life.” Since He held on to God’s word He was prosperous in his life. He ruled as the King of Israel for forty years.
My dear Brothers and Sisters, How about you? You too must have been going through a terrible period of time. When one goes through tribulation, the only thing he expects is a word of comfort, from somebody. Difficulties ,loss, debts, death of a dear one cause great grief and sorrow and as a result heart grows weary. Some take alcohol, as a source of comfort, some watch movies, some engage in games and outdoor activities. Some involve in worldly pleasure to forget their worries. It may be a momentary relaxation. After few hours they again start worrying.
What does this indicate? All worldly pleasures don’t give eternal or lifelong joy or peace in your life. Our Lord Jesus said, ” In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Only Gods word can comfort you. The word of God is also known as Jesus. That’s why King David says, Unless Your law had been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction. He totally depended upon God’s word. So let not your heart be troubled. No wonder the psalmist David describes God’s Word when he exclaimed, “How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! Hold on to God’s word.

May they meditate upon it day and night that their days may be extended and all will be well with them. Let them not go after earthly pleasure but strengthen themselves in the love and fear of God.
