Contentment Is Great Gain

Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. As I waited upon the Lord, the blessed word that the Lord gave me to bless you today is from the book of 1 Timothy 6:6, “But godliness with contentment is great gain.” You must be thankful to God and be content with what the Lord has blessed you with.

It is sad to know that people are dissatisfied with what they have. Some husbands grumble about their wives. Some wives grumble about their husbands. Some parents grumble about their children and so on. God hates such comparisons because God is the one who predestines families. God knows what is best for you. If God has planned something for you, He will do it the best way. The Lord is not a partial God. He will not wait to see you suffer in life. If there is any trouble that you are facing, it will be only to shape you and to make you a better person. It will not be to harm you. Dearly beloved, be content with what God has blessed you with.

We are not given the authority to compare any of God’s creation to the other. Pray and ask the will of God before you take a step in life. Do not be envious of what others have. Be thankful for what God has given you.

God has a perfect plan and purpose in your life. Be original in what you do. Be yourself. God will bless you and take you to greater heights.

God Bless You.

 Prayer:

Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. I pray that You may bless Your dear children. Father, teach them to be content with what You have blessed them with, so that you will be able to bless them more and more. In Jesus name we pray,

Amen.

Be Faithful in Everything

Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. As I waited upon the Lord, the blessed word that the Lord gave me to bless you today is from the book of Mathew 25:23, “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!” When you are faithful in little things, God will make you to rule over great things. Some of you are taking your own steps to reach your goals. You need to be precautions while making a decision.

Some people fail to understand that, because of the eagerness they have for the worldly gains, they tend to go away from the presence of God. When a person faces any crucial situation in their life, they tend to shift their attention from God to money. Instead of keeping their faith on God, they keep their faith in the worldly gains.

God has called you with a purpose.  Do not go after money or the pleasures of the world. Faith can move mountains. Believe in the words of the Lord. It will all be fulfilled.

Repent from all your wrong doings and ask the Lord to help you to be faithful in little things. Depend totally on God for all your needs; then God will make you to rule over many things.

God Bless You.

 Prayer:

Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. I pray that You may bless Your dear children. Father, teach them to be faithful in little things so that they may rule over many.  Give them the grace to face all hardships in their life. In Jesus name we pray,

Amen.

I give you My Peace

My Dear Brothers and Sisters, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.  The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of John 14: 27 ,  “Peace I leave with you.  My peace I give to  You, not as the world gives do I give to you,Let not your heart be troubled,   neither let it be afraid.”

The above verse is spoken by Lord Jesus Christ.  He makes his last will and testament and as the best legacy He could leave them.  He   bequeaths peace unto them. Jesus left the gospel of peace with them. He made a covenant of peace by His precious blood that He might reconcile the minds of men to God and Christ. Just as Christ has kept his disciples in peace one with another, He left his peace with all mankind. He was about to leave his disciples so He diffused His peace upon them. He wanted all men to live united in peace and joy.  Since He was acclaimed as the Prince of Peace.

My Dear Brothers and Sisters,  What have you been afraid  of ?  What are the matters that has disturbed you in your mind ?  Take it to the Lord. Leave it in His hands. He will settle all your problems.  For He is the peacemaker. He says,   My peace I give to you. He does not give you the peace as the world would gives,   for it is short lived. But the peace that Jesus gives is everlasting.  Therefore do not be afraid, for though you go through many struggles in your life yet His peace  will sustain you. It is in such hard situation that you need to hold on to   Him firmly.  Holding   on to Jesus firmly, should be the attitude of every Christian,  to  enjoy his life in this world and the world to come.  Some   hold   on to  Jesus to obtain something from Him.  After they receive what they need they just drift away from Him. This is a wrong attitude.  One must always,   acknowledge  the Saviour  for who He is. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy  Spirit.

God bless you.

Prayer:

Our loving heavenly Father, we   thank You   for this blessed day.  Thank you for the  peace  you have granted to us.   Help   us  to abide  in peace  and  serenity. Remove all unwanted thoughts   that  cause  distress and pain. Fill our hearts with perfect peace and joy.  May the Lord help us to reconcile with God almighty in every step we take.  In Jesus name we pray.

Amen.

Perfect Peace

My dear Brothers  and Sisters in Christ,   I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.  The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of Isaiah 26:3, “You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You.”

My Dear Brothers and Sisters, God expects you to hold on to Him firmly. To trust him faithfully  and honestly. Then God will fill you with His perfect peace.  If in this world you can trust someone, then it should be the Lord Jesus Christ and none other. Please tell the Lord that you will hold on to Lord Jesus Christ.  Many hold on to someone either for seeking help for a job or for a promotion, or for the gift of a child.  You may have been running behind, certain people, or for a financial help to run your business   or for the upliftment of your family.  Place your hope upon Lord Jesus Christ. Then he will grant you His perfect peace.Peace that passes  all understanding.

People not only hold on to someone for their need   but also go after them like mad guys and in the end get cheated by them. Today Jesus is telling you that it is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes. When you hold onto God firmly then many good things will happen in your life. Give up on those people whom you trusted all this while and begin to trust in the living God.

You may be running here and there for your needs. If you need to get something in your life it should come from heaven. The Bible says, every good gift and every perfect gift, is from above, and comes down from the father of lights with whom there is no variation. You have received the spirit of adoption whereby we have the privilege of calling the Lord as Abba, Father and approach Him directly and tell Him all our problems. Therefore take hold of Jesus, firmly. Not in an ordinary sense or in a shallow manner but to hold on to the Lord   firmly,   three hundred and sixty five days of your life.  Not to attain something for your benefit, and then reject God for the rest of your life but to hold on to the Lord firmly always.Tell the Lord that you will hold on to him firmly no matter what befalls you. Surrender your life to Him and in due season,   He will exalt you and bless you.

Prayer:

Our loving heavenly, Father,   we   thank   You for  this  blessed day. Thank you Lord for assuring us   with   your perfect peace. Help us not to run behind people in search of   things but to depend upon you for all our needs. Teach us   to  surrender our lives to You in  all circumstances.  Never   to  leave your  grip  but to hold on to you firmly. May we love you all the more.   In Jesus Name we pray.

Amen

Be Faithful

My dear Brothers   and sisters   in Christ,   I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.  The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of Matthews 25:21, “His Lord said to him, “Well done good and faithful servant, you were faithful over a few things I will make you a ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.”

My dear Brothers and Sisters,  If a man wants to enter into a happy family life, or do his ministry peacefully,  or work happily in his job, or study well in his school, college, or prosper in any profession, then God expects something important from him. You need to be honest in few things that God has entrusted to you. If you are found faithful in few things then God will make you ruler over many things.

From the above context in the Bible we come to understand, that the Lord of a house went to a far off country   but before going out,   he called his three servants and entrusted each one of them with talents. To one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one talent  according to his own ability and immediately went on a journey. He returned back after a long interval, and asked his servants what they had accomplished with the talents. The one who had received five talents went and traded with his talents, and made another five talents. Likewise he who had received two gained two more also. But the third who received one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his Lord’s money.

The Lord came back and settled accounts with them. The first two servants invested their money wisely in the business and doubled their profit. But the one who got only one talent said that his Lord was very  stern, “Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping   where  you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. And I was afraid, so went and hid the talent in the ground.  Look there you have what is yours. But his Lord answered and said to him, “ You wicked and lazy servant you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed, therefore you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest. Therefore take the talent from him and give it to him who has ten talents.

Dear Brothers and Sisters God has blessed each one of us with talents.Only if you make use of the talents that God has given,   you can improve yourself and shine in life.If you do not make use of your talents then God will take it away from you. There is a  saying “Make hay while the sun shines.” So you need to make use of the “God given talents if you wish to prosper in your life. Find out the hidden talents in your life and make use of them for the glory of God.

God bless you.

Prayer:

Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day.  Thank you Lord for all the talents that you have given to my children.   Help them to utilize it usefully and carefully. Teach them to find out the hidden talents that are buried inside of them and use them properly to achieve greater heights in life.  In Jesus Name we pray.

Amen.
