Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Psalm 12:5, “Because the poor are plundered and the needy groan, I will now arise,” says the Lord. “I will protect them from those who malign them.” The word ‘poor’ does not mean that a person has no money. A person may have money but might lack in something else. The bible says, anyone who lacks in anything, is poor.
You might have been lamenting about the problems that you are facing. You might have wet your pillow every night because of the problems you go through every day. God has appointed an angel for you, who keeps note of all that you do. He takes note of all your problems. A person laments when he is at the peak of frustration. The Lord says that He will turn all your lamentations into rejoice.
You may have been groaning over certain problems and might not have known what to do. You may have tried many ways to solve those problems but might have failed. The Lord is going to put an end to all such situations and is going to bring you out of it. You will be amazed at what the Lord is going to do in your life. In the above verse God says, “I will protect them from those who malign them”. As God said, He will protect you from those who want to destroy you. He will protect you like the apple of His eye. You are His dearly beloved. He will not let any harm come to you. He will shield you and you will be under His wings of protection. This day forth, you will rejoice an thank the Lord for all that He is going to do.
God says, “Because the poor are plundered and the needy groan, I will now arise.” God will arise and come to rescue you because you are His child. All you have to do is to trust in the Lord and cast all your burdens, worries and problems on Him. He will give you rest and you shall be satisfied all the days of your life.
God bless you.
Prayer:
Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. You know the problems that Your children are going through. Lord, You know that Your angles are taking note of their problems. I pray that You may put an end to all their lamentations. Father, may You open a way for them. May Your children rejoice and be glad for all Your wonders. Be with them and bless them. In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of John 16:33, “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have troubles. But take heart! I have overcome the world”. God says these words to His disciples before taking up the sufferings of the cross.
Jesus came to this Earth to fulfill the plan of God the Father. The will of the Father was that Jesus had to take up the sufferings on the cross. Jesus loved His disciples very dearly. He knew that His disciples would not be able to bear His loss all of a sudden and so He revealed to His disciples about the sufferings that He had to go through, as it was the will and plan of God the Father. When the time of suffering came, the disciples were able to take up the pain as Jesus had revealed to them all that would happen. Yet the Lord was with them. The above verse says, “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace”. God gave them the courage and peace amidst all His sufferings.
There is no one in this world who does not have any trouble. Everyone is fighting their own battles in different ways. The word of God says, “Take heart! I have overcome the world”. Some people will have the peace of mind but will have financial difficulties. Some will have money but will be suffering from some kind of sickness that their money cannot cure. Everyone will have troubles. He will not give you troubles more than your capacity. God gives troubles so that you may seek Him.
When God reveals certain incidents that will take place in your life like how He did to His disciples, you must not be afraid. The Lord will be with you in all your difficulties and will give you victory. Dearly beloved, do not be worried about anything. God will not test you beyond your capability. All you have to do is to trust in the Lord and rely on Him for all your needs.
God bless you.
Prayer:
Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord, You know problems that Your children are going through. You said that You would not test them beyond their capacity. Father, I pray that You may give them the strength to overcome all their troubles. I pray that You may give them the peace of mind and help them overcome all their problems by Your guidance. I submit them in Your loving hands. In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Exodus 18:9-10, “And Jethro rejoiced for all the goodness which the Lord had done to Israel, whom he had delivered out of the hand of the Egyptians. And Jethro said, Blessed be the Lord, who has delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians and out of the hand of Pharaoh”. Jethro was the father-in-law of Moses. He was a shepherd and a priest of the Medians. The bible says that he rejoiced for all the good that the Lord had done for Israel.
Jethro had a thankful heart. He remembered all that the Lord had done for the people of Israel. Similarly, you need to rejoice in the Lord and keep praising Him for all His goodness in your life. There is no one in this world who does not have any problem. Everyone is fighting their own battles. Amidst all these, you need to have a thankful heart for all that the Lord has done in your life. When you thank the Lord remembering all His goodness, He will be pleased with you and will bless you more. All through these months, you might have faced various problems and might have got lost in the troubles of this world. God does not want you to suffer but to rejoice even in your afflictions because the bible says that His grace is sufficient for you.
When God prepared a new place for the Israelites and took them to the land that He promised, the people rejoiced and thanked the Lord for His goodness in their lives. Similarly, when the Lord blesses you with many blessings like a new house, a new job, a new property and much more, you need to rejoice and be thankful for all what He blesses you with. Hold on to God for a miracle today. Keep thanking God for all His goodness.
God bless you.
Prayer:
Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. I pray that You may set Your children free from all their bondage and problems. I pray that they may rejoice in Your goodness all the days of their lives. May they be thankful to You for all that You have done for them. In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Genesis 7:1, “The LORD then said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation”. In this passage we see that God protects the righteous.
God tells Noah to go into the ark because his family was righteous in the sight of the Lord. God has the responsibility to protect the righteous man and his family. During the time of Noah, people were unrighteous. They did not turn from their wicked ways. God’s anger came upon those people. Amidst this situation, there was just one family who lived a righteous life. It was the family of Noah. God commanded Noah to build an ark to protect him and his family. After Noah finished building the ark, God told him that he and his family (Noah, his wife, sons and the daughter-in-laws) could dwell in it. This was a very great privilege that the Lord gave to Noah and his family. When every other family lived an unrighteous life, it was only Noah’s family that lived a righteous life. They lived in a land surrounded with sinful people, yet they saved their righteousness. That was why the Lord had the responsibility to protect Noah and his family from destruction. God Himself sent them into the ark and locked the door. This means that, when destruction awaits the righteous man and his family, God Himself will put them into an ark and will seal the doors, because no man can open the doors that the Lord shuts.
Dearly beloved, the blessings that a righteous man receives is simply amazing. Likewise, when you are righteous and lead a life pleasing in the sight of God, He will surely protect you from all destructions that await you. The Lord will protect you. You are precious in the sight of God. He cannot wait and see you being destroyed. The Lord will put a hedge around you and will always be your shield. You do not have to worry about anything. God has the responsibility to protect His children who are righteous and blameless in His sight. Lead a righteous life and receive the blessings of the Lord.
God bless you.
Prayer:
Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord I pray that You may be with Your children and lead them into righteousness. May they turn away from all their unrighteous ways. You are a God who protects those who live a life pleasing in Your sight. Father, I pray that they may be a crown of glory in Your hands. May they lead a righteous life and let Your hands of protection be upon them all the days of their lives. In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Proverbs 15:6, “The house of the righteous contains great treasure, but the income of the wicked brings ruin”. In this verse we see that the Lord explains the revenue of the wicked and the righteous.
The treasures of the righteous will give him peace and happiness. Whereas, in the treasures of the wicked, there will be great trouble. The Lord says that if the income that you earn comes in the righteous way, then it will be a great blessing to you and your generation. If it comes through wrong ways, it will bring curse upon you and your generation. It is not about how much you earn but how you earn your income. You need to be faithful in every little thing that you do.
Now-a-days, many of you are not true to your boss. During the time of work, you get lost in attending to your own work rather than the office work. This means that you are stealing the time of your boss who has employed you. The income that you get out of this kind of work is not what you get through the right way. When you are not true to your work, you not only cheat your boss but also yourself. The income that you receive through this will turn into a curse. This is why you need to be very careful in all that you do. When you are faithful even in small things like giving in your complete attention to your work, then the Lord will reward you accordingly.
Which treasure do you want to own? The bible says in the book of Psalms 128:2, “You will eat the fruit of your labor”. You must be very careful not to eat the fruit of the labor of someone else. If you have earned your income in the right way, then you shall reap the fruit of happiness and satisfaction. At the same time, if you earn your income in the wrong way, you will reap curse and trouble not only for yourself but also for your generation.
My dearly beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, today the Lord tells you to choose wisely, the treasure that you would like to enjoy; for what you sow is what you will reap. Take time to examine yourself in every aspect. Check where you have gone wrong and set yourself right with the Lord.
God bless you.
Prayer:
Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord, You have said that Your children shall eat the fruit of their labor. I pray that they may take time to examine themselves thoroughly and commit all their ways to You. I pray that You may forgive them if they have not been earning in a righteous way. Father, may You be gracious upon them and be with them in all that they do. Be with them and guide them in the way they should go. In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
